Does anybody know if there's a checklist somewhere of the states where the vote is certified and official as opposed to states where more votes are gonna trickle in?
Thanks much! Want to do tabulations on states that are official but not jump the gun on those who aren't. Wasserman's checklist used to help a lot with this but now it's paywalled.

New York certifies before it finishes counting. ;)
Cook political tracker map has HI NV WY ND OK AR LA MS GA FL SC DE RI VT MI NH already certified.
State websites say SD and MN are certified as well.
UT ME AZ KY are due today.
