Stop and Frisk may have happened under Emanuel’s watch as Mayor.

However, he fought against Trump when he argued stop and frisk should be returned.

No it’s not. Being forced to phase out stop and frisk when it’s politically expedient without leading by principle means Emanuel’s opinions on anything politically mean nothing anymore.
