I would say about 50/50 in a strong Democratic year would be seen as "viable."
By "viable" I mean at least as strong as other possible Dem candidates.
As strong as any other candidate, probably.
But I donтАЩt think it matters. If you use James definition of 50/50 in a D wave, I donтАЩt think any D candidate is viable at this moment. Things may change though.
