Janoo fundraising more than Phil Scott (albeit with less cash on hand) is something. I saw on Bluesky too that polling is getting close. Will be curious to see what happens here.

Another good sign. Love that Justin Pearson is on it, and also Arkansas 02

Sorry, I try and avoid Twitter too. It's another 6 DCCC campaigns added from Red to Blue, including Arkansas 02 and Tennessee 09 which is Justin Pearson. Deep Red areas

Question: with Rep. Chris Deluzio considering a run for Senate against John Fetterman, does his House seat change its partisan affiliation at all? And who might run for the now open seat if Deluzio does run?

I don't see Lamb *and* Deluzio running against Fetterman. He needs only one or two strong challengers. One goes for the 17th, the other goes for Senate.

As for other 17th district candidates, state Sen. Lindsey Williams and state Reps. Robert Matzie and Joe McAndrew come to mind. Matzie would be a 20 year incumbent in the legislature if he ran for Congress, but he'd only be 60.

LA-Sen (2028), President: Sen. John Kennedy is considering a Republican bid for the presidency in 2 years. He would be among the oldest at 77 upon taking office, as well as the 2nd John Kennedy to win the office.

Hey anyone here really disappointed like me that the other Bolsonaro won more votes in the Brazil election?

JazElections's avatar

Yes, but as explained yesterday on the weekend thread, Lula's vote share increased as more votes came in.

So can you elaborate more on that please? I didn’t catch that thread
