SCOTUS unanimously upholds TikTok ban in TikTok v. Garland, meaning that the app could be shut down as soon as this Sunday.

Whatever the merits of banning TikTok, based on the voter registration and turnout work I did at UNC Charlotte and Davidson College, I genuinely believe the ban hurt Democrats' performance among young voters this year.

Yeah, the PRC must have saw that one time TikTok was used to humiliate Trump at that one rally in 2020 and realized its potential for ratf***ing and proceeded to use it for that.

Why has Donald Trump been asking the Supreme Court to delay implementation of the TikTok ban? Well, one of Trump’s major campaign donors is Jeff Yass – and he just happens to own a 7-percent stake ($21 billion) in ByteDance, which is TikTok’s parent company. Pure coincidence, of course...

Hopefully TikTok will be sold to Frank McCourt and his Project Liberty. As far as social media goes, their vision is truly radical: empowering users to own and control their own user data!

The worst possible scenario would a sale of TikTok to Elon Musk. I don’t think I need to explain why.
