I'm not quite as sanguine as Levitt is, though, because while Trump can't legally do anything about the way elections are run, he can try to do a lot of things illegally, in some cases with the imprimatur of a corrupt Supreme Court, or by means of persuasion of his crazed devotees and craven collaborators.
