GOP: Total: +8-9. TX +5, OH +0-2, NC +1, MO +1 (referendum can block).
Dem: Total +6. CA +5, UT +1.
GOP will almost certainly go in FL, Dems pushing in VA, some in MD, and now have a chance for a +1 in NY.
SCROTUS killing the VRA will obviously have an impact.
